I have to say, Dr. Jack Johnson is easily the best dentist I've had. Calm, considerate, attentive and puts you at ease, even when nervous of with a history of difficult experiences at dentists. He also explains things very clearly and is understanding about any questions you may have. The nurse, Alex, was also brilliant, as were all the reception staff. It makes such a difference and I'm grateful to all at Dental Smiles London Chalton Street - thank you.

We can meet with you outside the treatment room, because lots of people find the presence of the equipment stressful. We have a comfortable space where we can take the time to sit and talk face to face, giving you the chance to explain what makes you anxious, what your fears are, and what you want to achieve.
We’ll then gently and carefully outline the ways that we’re best able to support you, and give you some information on each of our dentists and their backgrounds, individual training, and experience, so you can have complete confidence that you’re in the very best hands.
If after your check-up you choose to go ahead with any follow-up treatments, we’ll talk you through your treatment plan and give you the chance to ask as many questions as you need to feel confident with us. We offer sedation options for especially nervous patients.
